The Police Department is responsible for the safeguarding of citizens’ lives and property, the preservation of constitutional rights, and neighborhood problem solving. Our Mission is to provide competent, effective public-safety services to all persons with the highest regard for human dignity through efficient, professional, and ethical law enforcement and crime prevention practices.

Hours of Operation:
The Brawley Police Department is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Front Desk Hours
Everyday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Traffic Division Hours
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Detective Division Hours
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Property Office Property Releases are conducted Monday through Thursday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Other release time may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Contact the Evidence/ Property officer at (760) 344-2111 extension: 7780 if you have special needs.
