City Engineer Yazmin Arellano serves as the Public Works Director and City Engineer. Mrs. Arellano is a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California and has over 10 years of experience. Mrs. Arellano has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from CETYS Universidad in Mexicali, Mexico.
